Many cocktails are filled with just as much sugar as they are with alcohol. But that doesn’t mean we can’t get crafty and make immune boosting cocktail recipes. We can use a lot of the same ingredients but lessen the amount of sugar and still come out with a delicious drink.

In fact, these cocktails are so good they can be served during parties! No one will know the difference, that they are drinking healthy cocktails. Instead, you will be giving yourself and everyone else an immune system boost.

But you also won’t be skimping on the alcohol. In fact, there may even be some health benefits from the alcohol itself.

How is it possible that a drink served at parties could be healthy? Well, it isn’t the drink itself but the ingredients in the drink that make the difference. Alcohol isn’t exactly healthy, or else we’d be prescribed it more often than not.

But the juices and seasonings we use in the drinks don’t lose their nutrients when mixed with other ingredients. That means you will still get the vitamin C from oranges or the antioxidants from spices. Are they completely healthy? No, but they will boost immunity.

Cocktails for a Crowd

Immune boosting cocktail recipes don’t have to be for one. You can make these cocktails in batches for parties, gatherings, or any type of event you may have on the calendar. In fact, your guests wouldn’t even be able to tell the difference because there is none.

Many of these drinks are classic recipes. Some may have a twist here and there but they are classic for the most part. Take the matcha highball for example. This drink is a classic highball but with matcha green tea.
