Shake eBook | Basic Healthy Meal Shake Recipe

  • 2 Scoops of Formula 1 (Over 10 flavors to choose from!)
  • 2 Scoops of Protein Drink Mix (3 flavors to choose from)
  • 8-10 ounces of liquid (at the shop we like to use water, but I use Oat Milk at home)
  • 1 ½ cup of ice

Directions

  1. Put your liquid of choice in your blender.
  2. Add Formula 1 and Protein Drink Mix.
  3. Mix this up for 10-15 seconds
  4. Add your ice and blend for about 60 seconds.
  5. Pour and enjoy!!

Some people choose to add fruits, vegetables, oats, etc. to their shakes at home, but just remember when you use add ins, the nutritional value will differ from the basic shake nutritional facts that are on the canister label.

The directions above will also work for the shakes below. Simply change the ingredients but follow the same steps.
