Ingredients

1/2 cup of water
1 egg
2 Tbsp rolled oats
3 egg whites
2 scoops Herbalife Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix, Cookies n cream flavor
2 scoops  Herbalife Protein Drink Mix

Directions

Mix all ingredients in blender until smooth.
Pour onto hot griddle; turn when bubbles form and underside is lightly browned.
