San Juan Capistrano Greek Festival | September 28-29
One of the best aspects of living in the US is a unique mixture of cultures from all around the world. San Juan Capistrano fall events 2019 aim to help bring one of those cultures to the front of the line. The Greek Festival is a weekend event on September 28-29th. You will get to try authentic Greek food, drinks, music, dancing and even a Greek market. A kid’s zone will give kids the opportunity to enjoy themselves as well. Live music will fill the air with happiness as you learn about the Greek culture and bask in its beauty. Kids 12 years old and under are free and general admission is only $3 and parking is free.
Pumpkinpalooza at Zoomars | October 1-31
Zoomars is back at it again with another fun Halloween-themed event for the entire family. Pumpkinpalooza turns Zoomars into a rustic, pumpkin patch complete with a petting zoo and so much more. All of the usual Zoomars activities will be available during the event. But the entire area will be decorated for the season. You will also be able to pick out your perfect pumpkin to take home with you at the end of your visit. You can even find discounted tickets on Groupon, that would be $29 for the petting zoo and the pumpkin patch package for up to four people.
23rd Annual Food & Wine Festival | October 5
The San Juan Capistrano is hosting its annual Food & Wine Festival. The event is being held at the Mission San Juan Capistrano on October 5th from 6 pm until 10 pm. The entire venue will be lit up in beautiful ways. It is the perfect setting for you to enjoy a night out with friends as you taste some amazing wines and food. There will be over 40 local restaurants, bakeries, and other establishments. Each of the vendors will be offering special foods and drinks for the event. There will also be a silent auction with everything from bikes to vacation packages and more. This event is for people aged 21 and up only with tickets starting at $150.
SouthernCalifornia Adventure Expo | October 19
This event is a one-day event and the primary focus of it is to help you find adventure. You will find many different companies offering product demos, displays, and the opportunity to purchase the things you need to explore. Camping, biking, rock climbing, and so much more will be represented at this event. There will also be a car show with cars, trucks, and other vehicles that have been customized or modified for adventure. This is your chance to learn from the experts on how to explore and experience outdoor events in safe ways. The event is being held on October 19th at the Reata Park and Event Center. General admission is completely free!
Halloween Hunt for Casper | October 27
You can take a hike into the darkness and search for Casper in Casper’s Wilderness Park. Guests are invited to enjoy the 8,000-acre preserve with river terraces and sandstone canyons. Fall is the perfect time to visit as it is not too hot and not too cold. This special hike starts in Bell Canyon. The hike is a four-mile hike, a total of two hours with an advanced beginner rating. Not only will you be able to hunt for Casper, but you can also come in your Halloween costume and enjoy a special Sunday brunch as well. The hike is on Sunday, October 27th from 9 Am until 12 PM with the meeting point being in the parking area at the Bell Canyon trailhead.
