One of the best ways to get your workouts done is to do them outside, under the warm sun and in the fresh air. But not every day is sunshine and rainbows and just because it’s gray and wet outside doesn’t mean you should take a break from working out. In fact, there are workouts you can do inside your own home that keep you on track. Simply move some furniture around and make some room so you can do your rainy day workouts without interruption. A little rain shouldn’t stop you from working out and there is a relaxed aspect to working out at home. There is less fear of judgment and critique at home and that means you can get crazy with your workouts. Breathe as heavy as you need to and grunt when you feel the need to, just workout at home when it’s too rainy out.
